Top 3 of 2018 | A Year in Review

2018 was a year to remember for Reliant Homes.  From a closing milestone to the start of a “Grand” project, last year brought many exciting times. Here are our top 3 highlights from last year:

 Achievement Closed

In 2018, we hit a major milestone by surpassing 6,000 homes closed company-wide. This achievement was celebrated throughout our Georgia and South Carolina offices. Again, we would like to express our thankfulness to everyone that had a part in achieving this goal.

"Something Grand Has Come”

In October, we opened our newest active adult community, Grand Haven at Alcovy Mountain. This 55+ community in Monroe, Georgia, is a first for Reliant by featuring many resort-style amenities, a 7,000 sqft clubhouse, and new house plans perfect for the 55+ community. With over 100 guests attending our grand opening, this community’s opening was a jolt to the surrounding community. Featuring not only the state of the art clubhouse, but a junior Olympic size pool, tennis courts, bocce courts, and pickleball courts, Grand Haven at Alcovy Mountain provides a lifestyle you deserve.
