As 2020 has come to a close and we start this new year, we took time to reflect on some of our year's highlights as a company. Here are our Top Three from 2020:

This year, we closed out six of our communities and opened three new communities! Not only did 2020 bring us new communities, but it brought us new phases in some of our neighborhoods! Last year, we released our communities' final phases: Grand Haven at Alcovy Mountain, Woodbury, Berry Springs. As we all know, this year was historic in many ways. It was historical for our company that we had a record number of homes sold this past year! In 2020, we successfully sold 350 homes, a 49% increase in homes sold from 2019. We were able to help 350 new families find a new place to call "Home" last year! Again, thank you for choosing us to be your home builder to all of our homeowners, and thank you to all our partners that help make the dreams of our homeowners a reality!
