Onsite Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing them with information about the community, floor plans, pricing, and features.
Guide buyers through the home purchasing process, from initial consultation to contract signing and closing.
Maintain a deep understanding of current inventory, pricing, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
Host open houses, model home tours, and community events to generate leads.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to nurture sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure a seamless home-buying experience.
Stay informed about financing options and incentives to assist buyers effectively.
Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
2+ years of new home sales or real estate experience preferred.
Active real estate license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of sales success.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
