Exciting News: Welcome to Homeowner Central!
We will be switching to a new homeowner site, Homeowner Central, which will provide better tools to maintain and enjoy homeownership, as of October 28, 2024.
An email with setup instructions for your new account has been sent to you from
"accounts@homeinformationpackages.com".
To track your property purchase, documents, and submit requests, you will need
to register for a new account in Homeowner Central.
The Homebuyer Homepage will no longer be available after 5 P.M on October 28th, 2024. Please contact our warranty department if you did not receive an email with instructions on how to set up your new account. To contact our Warranty, click the following link.

When submitting your request on the Homebuyer Homepage, you will be able to attach pictures or documents to each item of your request.
