Lucky Seven

This year, we were proud to open seven communities throughout Northeast Georgia. With a wide range of plans, these neighborhoods were able to showcase how diverse our homes can be to fit any stage of life. For more information regarding our communities, visit our Communities Page

New Year, New Floorplans

In 2019, we began on a new home plan journey by introducing the Foundation Series. This home series is comprised of seven innovative floorplans that are a perfect “foundation” for your home-owning journey. You can find the Foundation Series in our Woodbury, Royal Club, Thornbrooke, and Calgary Downs Communities.

Giving Back

As a home builder, we have a passion for the kids in our local communities that have experienced the loss of their home. In 2019, we continued our partnership with local Foster Care organizations and our local DFCS office by providing donations and assistance in projects and events. One project our sales and design team had the honor to participate in was the remodeling of the relaxing room for our local DFCS agents. By providing paint, furniture, and other calming items, they were able to provide a small retreat for these DFCS agents. We are excited to see how we will be able to keep supporting our local foster system this coming year!

A “Grand” First Year

In its first full year of operation, our premier active adult community, Grand Haven at Alcovy Mountain, has seen many successes. One major success was the completion of the 7,000 sqft clubhouse in the early portion of 2019, which allowed the residents to be able to enjoy all of their resort-style amenities throughout the year. We are excited to see the growth of this community through the release of Phase 2 coming the first part of 2020! Success in the Upstate

As a company, we did not only see growth in our Georgia office, but our South Carolina office saw exceptional growth in the last year as well! Specifically, our office in Piedmont, South Carolina, saw an amazing last quarter to finish 2019 strong. We are excited to see what 2020 will bring for our operations in the Upstate!
