Our Response to COVID-19

Here at Reliant Homes, we strive to build a home prepared for life today and for whatever tomorrow will bring. For this reason, we are implementing preventative measures to ensure our homes and sales centers remain a place of safety and comfort for you, our team, and our community as we work to address concerns around COVID-19 together.

We have implemented the following preventative measures while promoting the most personalized and safe home shopping experience possible:

1. All sales centers will operate on a limited schedule until further notice. We highly recommend that you take advantage of setting up appointments with our sales team, who can assist you over the phone, by email, and in-person when deemed safe and necessary by our sales team. Please refer to our Community Page on our website for more information on each community's contact information. As always, you can shop for our Available Homes and Floorplans on our website. With Virtual Tours of our most popular home plans available on our website, you can easily shop for your new home from the comfort of your couch!

1. To help combat any interruptions to your homebuying journey that may occur, the corporate offices of Reliant Home will remain open for normal business hours at this time. To comply with the recommendations of the CDC, we will be postponing in-person meetings with the public unless completely necessary. As always, you can reach us by phone and by submitting a Contact Us Form. 

1. Reliant Homes is committed to taking care of our team. We have provided enhanced education and support to each neighborhood Sales Agents, Design Consultant, and all team members on safety measures regarding their own personal health to ensure that all interaction with visitors is done with a healthy Reliant Homes team member. Likewise, if you have been in contact with someone that has been sick recently, we kindly ask that you refrain from meeting any of our team in-person at this time. We will gladly speak with you via email or by phone.
