City of LoganvilleGroovin’ on the Green
This month, the City of Loganville will be hosting another Friday night concert on their town green on the third Friday. Located on Main Street in Loganville, bring a chair, an appetite, and a desire for a good time!
It’s in the Bag
On August 14th, the Walton Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their first BBQ & Bags Event. This event will feature a BBQ competition with local restaurants participating and a corn hole tournament throughout the event. City of MonroeGoing for the Gold
Watch Monroe’s very own Olympian, Javianne Oliver, compete in Tokyo by coming to the Olympic watch parties on August 4th and 6th. With many local restaurants hosting a watch party, check out Monroe’s Website for more information regarding where you can watch.
First Friday
As a part of their First Friday Concert Series, Monroe will be hosting another band and local vendors on the town green on August 6th. Come out for great food and a great time while celebrating surviving the first week of the month.

City of WinderWeekend Tunes
The City of Winder will be hosting a free concert on Saturday, August 7th, in Downtown Winder. Come out for a great end to the first day of the weekend by enjoying the sights of the growing downtown district.
Go Local
Throughout August, Downtown Winder is hosting a farmer’s market. This market will showcase businesses from all over Barrow County and beyond. Come out to see what you can find at the market!

City of AndersonFirst Things First
The City of Anderson will be hosting a First Friday Celebration on August 6th at South Maint Street in Downtown Anderson. With music from local artists and businesses, this first Friday event is a perfect way to unwind, support local businesses, and celebrate the beginning of the first weekend of the month.
Going Classic

Every Saturday morning in August, Main Street in Downtown Greenville welcomes business owners from all over the Upstate to the TD Saturday Market. From fresh foods to unique treasures, this farmer’s market is one to check out.
Take me out to the Ballgame
Support local fan favorite at Fluor Field this month by attending a Greenville Drive game. With many opportunities to catch a game, this is an excellent idea for a night out. Not interested in baseball? Catch the local USL 1 soccer team, Greenville Triumph playing at home this month as well.
